How does CubeDrive Mobile Touch application work?

One of the unique features of the CubeDrive cloud is that unlike other private clouds, it’s accessible from mobile devices such as iPhone, Android phones, Blackberry Torch, or tablet browsers. No matter where you, you can enjoy the benefits of cloud computing in a secure environment. You do not need to install any application in your smartphone or tablet.

Can I use the same account to log in to CubeDrive’s Mobile Touch and Web versions?

Yes. CubeDrive is accessible in both versions. For the touch version, log in to cubedrive.com/touch. For the Web version, log in to cubedrive.com.

For CubeDrive Mobile Touch, you can only access the major functions: File Manager, Calendar, Document, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Organization, Group, Note, Message, Photo, and Contact.

How can I make my local Microsoft office files viewable on my smartsphone or tablet?

To view your files on your smartphone or tablet, follow these steps:

• Log in to the CubeDrive Web version at cubedrive.com.
• Go to CubeDrive Spreadsheet, Presentation, or Document
• Import your related Microsoft Office files.

Using your smartphone or tablet, log in to the CubeDrive Mobile Touch version at Cubedrive.com/touch. View your files separately in the Spreadsheet, Presentation, and Document applications.

You can also share any files with your friends, your groups, or your organization.

Can I user CubeDrive Mobile Touch to schedule my events and activities?

Yes. You can easily create events and activities through your mobile device by following these steps:

• When you log on, click on the Calendar icon on the main page.
• Choose the day or week format.
• Schedule your events into the appropriate time slot, even for a whole day.

The Mobile Touch calendar is similar to a desk calendar. It allows you to edit, delete, and move scheduled events.

Can I drag and drop touch calendar event?

Yes, you need touch and hold an event for 1 or 2 seconds, then the event will become half transparent. After that you will be able to move and drop it.
